This policy is a working draft prepared for the Tatv XR launch and should be reviewed by counsel before relying on it for regulated processing. It is written to meet India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and common ad-platform requirements (Google, Meta, LinkedIn lead forms).

Who we are

Tatv XR is a platform operated by Tattva Energy Fintech LLP (the "Company", "we", "us"), LLPIN AAQ-8419, registered office B-108, Sarvodaya Enclave, New Delhi 110017, India. "Tatv", "Tatv Group" and "Tatv XR" are brands of the LLP. Tatv XR provides an embeddable augmented and virtual reality viewer that businesses add to their own websites.

What we collect

Contact and business details you give us through forms, emails, or lead forms: name, work email, company, job title, company size, website, and what you sell or exhibit.
Usage and device data: pages visited, referral source, approximate region, and campaign parameters (UTMs), collected through privacy-friendly analytics and ad-platform tags.
Demo interaction data: when you view a 3D model on our site, or open it in augmented reality, the rendering runs in your browser or your device's built-in AR viewer. We do not receive or store your camera feed or images of your surroundings. We may log that an AR or VR view was opened, without any personal content.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, issue your API key, and discuss the right plan for you.
To measure and improve our campaigns and the product.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not receive your camera or surroundings data from the AR experience.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, hosting, analytics, email delivery, advertising platforms, and our CRM), under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

Retention

We keep lead and contact data for as long as needed to pursue the enquiry and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may access, correct, update, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics and the advertising tags needed to measure our campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn). You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you are in a region that requires prior consent for advertising cookies, we will gate those tags behind a consent banner before they load.
